The Webster’s Tea journey starts on Webster’s OE. During his travels through Asia he developed a hankering for loose leaf tea, soaking up both the brew and every tidbit about it.  

When Webster returned to NZ the tea situation slapped him like a wet tea bag to the face – Kiwis had come to accept boring, low-grade, bagged dust as tea. Somewhere along the way we became too busy and convenience sucked the fun and goodness out of our beloved brew.

Determined to free the tea from nasty bags to deliver proper flavour in your cup, he started Webster’s Tea. Founded on the belief that it’s important to put the hustle on hold, Webster’s Tea offers the perfect natural timeout – organic, loose leaf teas that look, smell and taste ridiculously good.
