COLD BREW ICED TEA METHOD
Nothing quenches thirst quite like iced tea! We prefer the cold brewing method; it uses time rather than heat to extract flavour resulting in a more flavoursome outcome.
Follow the below method to make one litre (4-5 serves) of iced tea.
- Add 8 tbsp of tea into a large mason jar 5 Tbsp. of tea into a mason jar.
- Add 1.2L of cold water.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (8-12hrs)
- Strain out the tea leaves and pour over ice. Fresh mint and fruit are always nice to add too.
