Each teapot features a stainless steel lid, an easy-to-clean stainless steel mesh filter, and is made from stoneware, making it strong, durable, and dishwasher safe.

I was surprised how much better this teapot was compared to the third-party one I was replacing! The huge filter size gives plenty of room for Sencha leaves to expand. The design of the spout means that if you pour too quickly and the tea overflows out of the lid, it just flows straight along the top of the spout and lands precisely in your cup with the rest of the tea! The tapering design for the filter means that the tealeaves eject really easily compared to a filter with parallel sides.
