Flat rates below $60:
• North Island: $6
• South Island: $9
• Rural: +$3.50
International Orders:
Australia: $19.90 NZD
USA: $29 NZD
UK, Europe and Canada: $39 NZD
Please note: local taxes or customs charges may apply and will be payable by the receiver upon delivery.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. -
If your order is placed before 9am, we’ll dispatch it the same day.
NZ Orders:
North Island: approx. 1–3 working days
South Island & rural: add up to 3 extra working days
International Orders:
Australia: approx. 2–5 working days
US, UK, Europe & Canada: approx. 2–6 working days
Delivery times can vary depending on your country’s import regulations and customs processing.
Please note, while we do our best to get orders to you quickly, unforeseen courier or customs delays may occasionally affect delivery timeframes.

Yes! You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Both NZ and international orders are sent with tracked courier services, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep. -
Yes – we now ship orders from NZ to Australia, Canada the USA, the UK, and select countries in Europe.
