It’s the touch of spearmint that adds melody to the kawakawa. I find myself brewing smallish amounts, gently, for a subtle afternoon twist.
I really love Kawakawa tea. It only takes one tsp of leaves to make a pot of 2-3 cups of delicious tea. The spearmint smell is devine. My friends love it too!

It was love at first sip. A friend introduced it to me and because she has yet to steer me wrong food and drinks wise, I trusted her and Boy Howdy! Its not only thier best tea, its THE best tea. Period. Its warm and comforting like a sun-drenched duvet in winter (and makes me say things like 'Boy Howdy')
