This tea helps me have a good night's sleep. It also helps with my hormonal imbalance issue! I've noticed the disappearance of my hormonal acne on my face and neck. Plus it tastes nice and organic. I'll order again soon! ;)

I drink it everyday. Its become my night time routine. I do feel like boiliing it in water gives it a stronger taste than when I use my tea infuser. I like the stronger taste better. Thanks, will order again.
