Chai is steeped in Indian culture and history, going back thousands of years. The word "chai" simply means "tea," and today it's most widely known for its comforting warmth and spices.
Our new blend starts with a stronger organic black tea, beautifully balanced with cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom seed among other spiced. The updated recipe delivers a richer, more robust flavour and goes nicely with your choice of milk and/or honey.

1. Add 1 tsp of tea (per 250ml cup)
2. Add boiling water
3. Let sit for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
To cold brew:
1. Add 8 tbsp of tea into a large jar
2. Add 1.2L of cold water
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (8 to 12 hours)
4. Strain out the tea leaves and pour over ice. Enjoy!

I find many of Webster's teas both exceptional and surprising. The Chai is now on my list of top favourites (alongside Earl Grey and Peppermint...) Something about the layering of flavours, you can tell by the Chai's aroma and taste that so much love and thought has gone into this blend of spices. Getting the taster sachets is a great way to discover magical new flavours. Now I need to up my supply of Chai!
