Chai is steeped in Indian culture and history, going back thousands of years. The word "chai" simply means "tea," and today it's most widely known for its comforting warmth and spices.

Our new blend starts with a stronger organic black tea, beautifully balanced with cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom seed among other spiced. The updated recipe delivers a richer, more robust flavour and goes nicely with your choice of milk and/or honey.

Ingredients

Certified organic: black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamon seed, cloves, fennel, black pepper, liquorice root, natural spice flavour

Brewing

1. Add 1 tsp of tea (per 250ml cup)
2. Add boiling water
3. Let sit for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!

To cold brew:

1. Add 8 tbsp of tea into a large jar
2. Add 1.2L of cold water
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (8 to 12 hours)
4. Strain out the tea leaves and pour over ice. Enjoy!
