Hubby and i love that this tea has so many good ingredients that help in healing the body. Love that the turmeric is teamed with spices that help combat inflammation. Great has a prevention or make extra strong when sick. I personally have found other brands of turmeric too earthy, but this tea is just the right combination. Love seeing all the chunks of goodness. We buy the large size in this blend and keep tin stocked
